Field Remediation
Field Service: UltraClean specializes in on site ("in situ") equipment remediation services.
UltraClean crews have performed over 300 individual on site field jobs which have included one or more of our services as shown below on over 1,000 separate pieces of equipment.

Crew Supervisors include men with over fifteen years experience working with Mr. Keith Raney.
All crew members are annualy trained in Confined Space Entry with all necessary safety training in practices encountered on site when working for equipment owners or their contractors.
UltraClean can provide project engineering and confined space rescue teams if required.
Services Offered:
· Electropolishing
Vessel and equipment repair and touch up to complete interior electropolishing
· Electrochemical Cleaning (ECC)
Alternative to conventional passivation and CIP and effective on stains, rouge, grey residue that
cannot be removed using conventional chemical cleaning techniques.
· Mechanical Polishing
Sanding using various forms of abrasive to remove scratches, gouges, and corrosion damage
Applications: Damaged, repaired, stained, or never before electropolished
equipment can now be electropolished or electrochemically cleaned in place.

UltraClean offers state-of-the-art electropolishing at any facility, anywhere. Our proprietary process allows electropolishing to be performed on any surface accessible to our unique Hand Tool EP System.
