Mechanical Polishing

Hand sanding process to remove scratches, gouges and other damage resulting in surfaces compliant with ASME-BPE surface finish standards

Pickling and Passivation

In accordance with ASTM 380, ASTM 967, ASTM B912 standards

Electropolishing

Complete vessel remediation achieving like new surface conditions and improving corrosion resistance
Spot electropolishing capable of blending post Electropolish welded areas (baffles, valves, etc.) to match surrounding finish
