Phil attended the University of Washington Seattle obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Phil is responsible for the day to day logistics of moving field crews and equipment to job sites as well developing and maintaining employee certifications and customer documentation. He has been a valuable member of the UltraClean team since our inception in July 2000.

John has over fifteen-years of comprehensive electropolishing experience and spends much of his time in the field as Job Supervisor assisting with field inspections, vessel remediation, and on-site quality assurance. John also is responsible for maintaining responsible and well trained crews for field deployment.

Paul has five years of applied experience in the electropolishing industry and is responsible for shop scheduling, mechanical and electropolishing process control, passivation, pickling, quality assurance, shipping and receiving of our Raleigh North Carolina Facility

Sef has over twenty-five years of applied experience in the electropolishing industry. His considerable amount of industry knowledge, work ethic and strong background in customer service is an asset to the UltraClean team. Sef is responsible for shop scheduling, mechanical and electropolishing process control, passivation, pickling, quality assurance, shipping and receiving.

Keith Raney is a pioneer in the electropolishing industry. In 1975 along with his family, Mr. Raney founded the very first electropolishing service company in the southern United States. With over thirty years of applied experience and industry knowledge, Keith has invented and developed many of the methods and techniques used today.
Mr. Raney is member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), the ASME BPE sub-committees on Surface Finish and Metallic Materials of Construction and is a leading industry consultant, speaker and author relating to the electropolishing process.
Ken Kimbrel – Vice President

Ken is responsible for technical publications, sales, marketing, process and material evaluation in corrosive environments. He attended Tulsa Community College and has an extensive background in engineering, equipment manufacturing, and is a NACE International Board Certified Corrosion Technician.
Ken is a member of The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and serves as chairman of the ASME BPE sub-committee on Metallic Materials of Construction and is also member of the ASME-BPE sub-committees on Accreditation, the Main committee and Executive committee. He is a member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), ASM International (ASM), the International Metallographic Society (IMS), and the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE).
Ken is the author of several technical publications and is a leading industry lecturer regarding material selection in corrosive environments for high purity and sanitary applications.
